WATER ACTIVITIES

Fantastic watersports, excellent for walkers of all levels and deep sea blue-water fishing. Many visitors to Cape Verde will find it hard to tear themselves away from the beautiful beaches, a sun worshipper’s paradise. But for those of you who are feeling energetic or prefer to get out and about there are plenty of options. There is a range of excursions on many of the islands. This gives you the chance to explore the surrounding areas and in some cases the other islands. With constant breezes it is not surprising that the Cape Verde Islands are one of the top places in the world for watersports’ enthusiasts, especially windsurfers. There are places offering a range of watersports for guests to arrange lessons or hire equipment. Other activities include walking, horse riding, birdwatching and fishing.
