Cape Verde. A perfect location for a perfect way of life
WITH SUN ALL YEAR ROUND,WHITE SANDY BEACHES AND IT ,S CREOLE CULTURE, THIS GROUP OF WEST AFRICAN ISLANDS HAS RIGHTLY BEEN CALLED “THE NEW CARIBBEAN” – EXPEDIA

The archipelago of Cape Verde is on the same latitude as the Caribbean and right at Europe’s door. Climate, location and a background of stability and safety are the defining characteristics of Cape Verde’s success. With
warm and friendly people, as well as the deeply embedded Creole culture which is felt in its traditions, in the exquisite food and extraordinary music, Cape Verde has wonderfully warm and mild weather, with a deep blue,
delightful sea and white sandy beaches. For all these reasons and so many more, Cape Verde is the ultimate exotic destination.
Lying on the same latitude as the Caribbean, this brings exotic and relaxing weather and the country, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, is far away from any cold but close to the heart of Europe. From Cape Verde you can
easily discover the rest of the world: in only three and a half hours you can be in Lisbon, in five and a half hours you can be in Amsterdam, London, or with an extra thirty minutes in Dublin. The time zone is GMT-1 so
there is no jet lag whatsoever.
Just like the Caribbean and the Seychelles, Cape Verde shares the same mild, pleasant climate, without the hurdle of the hurricane season. Between August and October there is the so called rainy season, bringing a little
rain to the territory, but this is hardly noticed. The sea water temperature, ranging from 22 to 26 degrees Celsius, is just perfect for enjoying the beach and all kinds of water sports, all year round. The trade winds are
particularly noticeable between February and March, but there are no hurricanes. The average annual precipitation is very low.

There is political stability, with the two major political parties working together to take the country forward. This favourable to Cape Verde’s growth and tourism plays an important role here and it is the focus and the
priority of governmental policies.
The currency is pegged to the Euro, and monetary stability has been constant over the years. In its administration, Cape Verde is quite similar to Europe, and the most organized country in Africa.
This safe environment and the rapid growth of the tourism industry, makes Cape Verde an interesting opportunity for investors.
